About:Business Hours in China

My parcel RM604368239CN has been in a customs control warehouse for 6 days, will it arrive?

Is it stuck at the customs control warehouse because of Chinese new year?
When will my parcel leave for Australia?

Susie, your parcel was sent from Shanghai to you on Feb.21. It takes a month to arrive. So please wait patiently.
