About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I plan to fly Singapore to Shanghai via Taipei. And fly back from Shanghai to Singapore.

Hi,

I plan to fly Singapore to Shanghai via Taipei. Do not go out of the airport in Taipei. And fly back from Shanghai to Singapore. Do I qualify for the 72hrs?
