From June 4 to June 18 can some one please advise my group of 4 what are the best ways to visit all

Wow, your time is totally enough to cover the three places. In Shanghai, you should make full use of local metro system. The sightseeing bus and Maglev is also worth a try! After visiting, fly to ZJJ. Then transfer to bus to the local scenic area: the National Forest Park, Yuanjiajie and Tianzishan are all must-sees.

For Jiuzhaigou, I suggest you take a bus or train from ZJJ to Changsha first. Fly to Chengdu and then transfer to a direct bus to Jiuzhaigou.

As your travel duration is a little long and many transportation transfers are needed, I would suggest you turn to a travel agency for help, wiether for transportation booking or tour arrangement.
