Singapore PR from Malaysia

I am going to Guangzhou, Macau and Hong Kong for holiday. Duration about 8days, what kind of visa do I apply?(numbers of it, entry choice of single double or multi?)
I am a Malaysian living in Singapore as PR, can I apply it in Singapore?
Thank you.

You have Malaysia passport, right?
If so, you enjoy a 90-day free entry to HK and 30-day free entry to Macau, so you can use your passport only for these two cities. For Guangzhou, a single entry Tourist L is required and you need to apply in advance in SG.
