About:China Visa Application Requirements

Visited HK & Shenzen but on group visa so only stamp no sticker type. Do I need bring old passport?

2005 Went to HK and Shenzen with tour package and they got group type. Only got stamped on my passport and not issued a sticker one. Do I need to still bring my old passport with stamp landed in Hong Kong then took train to Shenzen then back to HK flight back.

2014 Been to HK and Macau but no more visa and instead of stamp got a paper stamp thermal

2015 Will be goin to Beijing and Shanghai this January, what documents do I need to bring from those trips in the past?

According to Chinese embassy, those who have been China before should provide copies of their previous Chinese visas. If they were on the old passports, they are required to provide their old passports. So I think you'd better bring your old passport when you apply.
