Do you want to start from London?
If yes, there is no direct flight between these two places.
You need to take a plane from Heathrow Airport to Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Then take airport shuttle bus line 1 to Hongqiao Railway Station. There are many high speed trains to XZ directly. It will take around 3.5 hours.
