No train service is available between the two cities, let alone the bullet ones.

The distance is around 370mi. I would recommend you fly there directly. Or take a direct long-distance bus to reach from Zhuhai Gongbei Bus Station (the bus at 08:05 operates every day and the one at 17:15 operates every other day).
