When is the best time to visit, or better which are the times to definitely avoid visiting, due to volume of tourists?

From Nov. to the next Mar., there will be fewer visitors there, but you still need to avoid going there in holidays or weekends.I also wanna remind you that the scenery during this period is not that attrative.
