Egyptian on Dubai tourist visa wants to visit china

Is it possible for Egyptian national on tourist visa in Dubai to apply for tourist visa to china from UAE

You can try to apply from Chinese consulate in Dubai. However, I am not sure if you can get it successfully. You may contact the consulate before you go there.
