About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Foreigners picking up tickets

I have ordered tickets through TCG and have received my e-tickets. When exchanging them for paper copies a few days before my departure can I go to one of the many ticket offices with my passport or do I have to go to a railway station? If I need to go to a railway station, does it have to be the one I am departing from or can it be any railway station? Thanks

For foreigners they can only collect their tickets at the railway stations, but not restricted to the departure one, any stations will be ok. If you are collecting tickets from the station which is not your departure one, an extra 5 Yuan per ticket will be charged by the station.
