About:Macau Visa Policy

I am a Guinean passport with a prolonged visitor visa to hong kong. do I need a visitor one for seven day holiday?

Do you mean a visitor for HK or for Macau? If you mean for Macau, you still need to apply for entry permit when you reach the ferry temrinal there with fare is around 100MOP for individual.
