About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

passing through China

I am passing through Beijing on my way to Mongolia. I have a 16 hour layover and may leave airport for a few hours. Do i need a visa?

No, you can just apply for a stay permit at Beijing airport if you want to go out of the airport. Your passport and flight ticket for leaving are enough to get it.
