there is no direct rail service from Hong Kong to Wenzhou, so my suggestion is that you get to Shenzhen by HK MTR, and from shenzhen north you can travel to Wenzhou by high-speed rail. it takes about 7.5 hours, and costs CNY 364 for first class seat and  CNY 303 for second class seat.
