Can I buy the CRH ticket from Chongqing to Chengdu in Chongqing International airport?

Yes, you can and the train ticket office can be found at the arrival hall, 1F of the domestic terminal.

Yes, the service fee is charged and the fare is around 5RMB per ticket.
