China visa for Canadian expat living in Dubai

Hello, how would a Canadian living and working in Dubai get an L to tour China?

Hi, you can just apply through the consulate in Dubai in person. Your passport(original and copy), application form attached with photo, document showing your residence or employment status in Dubai, round-trip ticket and hotel booking are required for tourist L application.
