Transfer flights, will I be granted transit visa?

I'm planning to apply for the 72hour transit visa in Chengdu. But my flight is not direct, I have to transfer (about 2hrs) at Shanghai PudongMy route is: Frankfurt-> Shanghai-> Chengdu, Chengdu->Shanghai-> Seoul

Sorry, if you stop in Shanghai and then in Chengdu, you can't enjoy 72 hours free transit.
