can i take a bus from the jiujiang city centre to the jj/lushan airport?

My flight is on January 31, which is Chinese New Year holiday. Will the bus be operating that day?

Yes, you can take the bus for the airport and the bus starts from Jiulong Holiday Inn at No. 173, Lushan Road. The Jan 31 is the Spring Festival time. Usually, the bus will be in normal operation, but I am not sure. In my opinion, you can go to the hotel to confirm it again.
