About:China Visa Application in USA

Are children under the age of 5 still charged a $140 for a visa as an American citizen?

The price seems so high for children under the age of 5 for $140. Are there any exceptions?

Is it any cheaper to get V while in HK?

Hi, the fact is that there is no discount for kids, and application fee for US passport holders is USD 140 per person no matter where you apply for it.
