About:Dual Nationality

American natural born baby with Chinese green card parent and US natural born citizen

I am a chinese citizen obtained green before I married to my wife who is a natural US born citizen. Our baby is also a natural born US citizen. What type supporting document do I need to get a Chinese tourist visa for our new born son?

Hi, you need to provide your Green Card and your son's passport and birth certificate for his visa application. Please refer to http://www.china-embassy.org/chn/qzfw/sqzn/zmgcs/ for more details if you can read Chinese.
