Hello,
I'm a french citizen living in the Netherlands. Can I apply for a VISA in Den Haag ? If yes, do you have to pay 35 EUR as well as the Dutch citizen for a Single-Entry ?

Hi, you can apply through CVASC in Den Haag if you hold residence permit there. Fee is EUR 69.30 for a single entry because the CVASC charges EUR 33 for their service.
