hakka house photographing

Question

I would like to go to a hakka house for three days and taking pictures. I am a big hobby photographer and would like to spend some time with them. Which Hakka would you recommend (not so many tourists, still authentical, safe, sleeping place, open to take pictures?)Do have the long distance bus toilettes on it or do they stop from time to time? Thank you.

I know a place in called Bailu Village in Ganzhou city, Jiangxi Province, but it is a little bit far from XM. To reach Ganzhou city from XM, you can go to the Hubin South Bus Station to take the bus to reach directly. Upon reaching Ganzhou city, from local Ganxian Bus Station, you can find direct buses to reach Bailu village. As I know, there is toilets on the bus, but the bus will stop on the way.
