About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Can I apply a Home Return Card at the Chinese Embassy in Canada with a current HK ID Card?

I am a canadian citizen with canadian passport but also has the HK ID Card (Smart Card).

I am afraid that you may not apply from the Chinese embassy in Canada. I am told that HK residents have to apply in person from the CTS in HK. But you may consult with the embassy and see if they can offer some help. Tel: 613-7893434 - 232 (15:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday).
