Nz passport holder applying in Australia

Hi,

I live in Cairns and will be traveling to China in October for a sports trip and hold an NZ passport. On the supplementary Visa application v2011b part D that I must fill out as I live away from NZ it asks for a valid residence permit which a NZ passport holder does not need. Do I simply state I do not need one?

Hi, when do you plan to submit your application. As I know, 2013 application form is required for all application from Sept.1, 2013, which is one form instead of V2011A and V2011B. You can check this with the embassy or consulate directly. Anyway, if you fill the old forms, you can put N/A to the blanks if you do not have a valid residence permit.
