regarding unsuccesfull delivery. My parcels had tracking number CP277659276CN sent via china post in shanghai last july 14 2013

it going to the philippines. The latest tracking information as of august 17, 2013 was unsuccessful delivery. I am now in the philippines, how can i now get parcels...?

It seems that the parcel got back to the starting place. You'd better turn to the sender to take that for you. Maybe it requires resending.
