You state, in December the Li River is at its lowest water level during this period, so only the Yangdi to Xingping section is available for cruise tours.

Looking at the map this is a very short part of the cruise. Does it run every day in December and how long does it take. Please let me know if this is still worth spending the money if only a short part of the river is available for cruise.
