How do I get a Chinese Student Visa in Korea?

I am a U.S. Citizen whose initial program in China was 3 months. I came to Seoul, Korea to get a student X because I will be studying at Quindao University for the next year. Do they offer a student X in Korea or do I have to go to Hong Kong?

How about your status in Korea? Foreign passport holders are required to provide ARC valid for more than next 6 months when submit application. If not, you may need to apply in USA instead.
