Im waiting on a package to arrive here from China. However when I try to track it, the message says 'Null. What does this mean?

It was in Fuzhou on May 24 and I think it is on the way to its destination.

Thats what the supplier said. Other things I ordered from that supplier arrived weeks ago. It has been saying null now for 25 days!!! Should I raise a dispute with the supplier?
