is senado square near grand waldo? how to reach there

No, it is far from each other.
From Grand Waldo, you can walk to reach Galaxy Hotel, where you can find free shuttle bus to reach San Ma Lo. Upon reaching San Ma Lo, you can walk along it to rech Senado Square directly.
