Free Transit Visa? is it free?

I am a Msian passport holder, do i need to apply for a 14 hour permit to leave the Pudong International Airport. If yes, where and how do i apply for this?

Yes, the permit is free of charge, you can get it after arrival at the airport from the Entry Frontier Office. Your passport and flight ticket for leaving are enough.
