Is the Bifengxia Panda centre currently open? Are they accepting volunteers?

It is said so. It is said the center is back to normal on April 22, but it is still suggested to call them to confirm. Their phone number is 0835—2318091 or 2318077.
As I know, they do not accept volunteers, but it is still suggested to ask them directly.
