i ordered a package and have been tracking it, it says its in LAX which is right but in the status

it says null.... can anyone explain why? the first order was lost on its way here and now this one says null RA268691415CN is the tracking number any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, on Apr. 20, it arrived at SFO (San Francisco). Is it the correct final stop? If so, just go to the post office to find your package.
