my JW202 Form and  Admission Letter have send to me, i wanted to know other document i may need with that before i can submit my Application to Chinese Embassy in Lagos Nigeria,

You need to provide a physical examination record. Other basic documents needed are your passport, application forms, photo. Note:The physical record should be done by a local hospital, notarized by a notary public, authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria, and authenticated by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
