About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Can an australian citizen visiting Korea apply for a tourist visa to china from the embassy in Korea

We have an invitation from Friends in Beijing but cant seem to get past the guards at the front door

Are you work or live in Korea on ARC for Korea? if not, you may not able to get visa from there. But you can try to contact a local travel agency first if they accept application from temporary visitors with invitation letter from China.
