I wanted to know who long will the process take sience the status has became Departure from outward office of exchange, the package is leading (or suppose to be) to Israel.I saw a status of another person from Israel that ordered an item in 2011 and the status hasn't changed from Departure from outward office of exchange sience then, sience 2011.Is it normal? Do I need to do something about it?
