I am entertaining Chinese guests for breakfast and lunch. what would the traditional fare include

Hi, we usually have egg, bean milk, bread or steamed bread or fried dough sticks for breakfast.
For lunch, rice or noddle can be ok. Certainly, we also have some hot or cold dishes on the table.

At my homeland, we ate rice. but our favorite is fried rice. It is good. Need the recipe, just type it.
