Asslamualikum, could you tell me how can i get umrah visa?

i,m student in china , and i want to go saudia arbia for performe umrah...someone told me if i want to get umrah visa so bring a latter from university for umrah and then i should go to pak embassy and make a gurranty latter and then go to saudia embaasy ..is it right ? sso tell me any more something ... my email adress ..yahoo.com|mailkbrothers1212 i,ll wait ur reply
