Hi,I am from India. I am travelling in first week of January for 2 weeks. what is the recommended clothing?I read that that the temperatures are below 0 degrees and here is India I have never stayed in under 20 degrees. Would it impact too much? And are there any heaters in public places,cabs and hotel rooms?Am scared of the cold temperatures.

The usual temperature is about -7~0C during Jan in this city. It is very cold.  You need to wear overcoats, sweaters, jeans, gloves and warm shoes.  Usually, there are heaters in many public places, cabs and hotel rooms. Therefore, do not worry much about.
