please advise how to apply for hk visa, what are the required documentshow long it

Hi, we are manufacturing of cashmere products in Kathmandu and we want are going to participate HKTDC-Hong-Kong-Fashion-Week-For-Fall-Winter from January 13, 2013 to 18th January, 2013. We already have paid for the Booth charge and we are in process to go there with our products. So kindly please advise how to apply for the VISA for HK for this. The participant for that trade fair from our company will be about 7 persons.

You may submit your application forms together with the relevant supporting documents and travel documents in person to the Chinese embassy in Nepal.  You may get some general info. here http://www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/id1000.htm beforehand.
