what's the weather in beijing in late october?

We'll be in Beijing last week of October and will visit the Badaling. Would like to know if it's okay to wear flip flops/slippers in going up the wall or better to wear shoes? What would the average temperature be during that time? Thank you in advance.

The average temperature may be about 8~15C during the end of October. It is cool, even be cold at night. You'd better wear athlete shoes when climb the wall.
