Your hotel is very close to Tai Wo Hau of the MTR Tsuen Wan Line, so you can go to that station to take the Tsuen Wan Line to reach the Central. After that you can get out of the station from the J2 Exit. Turn right, through Chater Garden, cross Queen's Road Central, and make your way up Garden Road. Then you can see the terminal of tram.
After you take the tram to reach the top of the peak, you can find the Madame Tussaud.
