Does the name on my Chinese Business Visa need to be an exact match to my United States Passport?

Last week I received my business visa for my September 2 visit to China. My name has been mispelled on the Chinese visa. The passport numbers on the China visa match my US passport.
Will I have a problem entering China?
Chinese Visa number G5134425, US Passport number is 460383090

Yes, as what they required, you should be resposible to check your visa carefully when you pick it up from visa office. You will have problem if immigration officer notices it when you enter China. So, as required, you should apply for a new visa.
