Macau Visa for Iranians

Am Iranian from inside of Iran. I have got the Chinese Visa (Tourist case), visited that country. Now, how can I get the Macau Visa? Visa on Arrival, or China Embassy in Kuala lumpur? Macau Embassy in KL, Malaysia (if any)?

Also, for Hong Kong, can I get the Visa through Hong Kong Embassy in KL, Malaysia? Or what?

You can apply for a Macau visa upon arrival, but for HK visa, you need to apply in advance through Chinese embassy in Iran.
