Urgent Info pls--What is the average cost for dinners in restuarants located in hotels in Changchun?

Like to know what are the average spendings in restuarants located in hotels?for example,I wish to know like how much will I be expecting to pay for one person's dinner including alcohol, say in Momiji Japanese restuarant in Hainan Airlines Hotel, Noble in Changchun or the cost for a dinner in a western restaurant in the hotels (including wines)can I have the upper end and the lower end of these prices?thanks a ton
