if we buy a non refundable air ticket is it possible to get visa?

my family   very interesting to visit china next year . this year we are going to  Nepal. i am work as a  national tourist guide my wife working as manager in insurance company   our credit card limit U$ 4000  previous  we have traveled  Singapore Malaysia Thailand India south /north  [twice ]if we buy a non refundable air ticket  is it possible to get visa?

I doesn't metter whether the air ticket is refundable or non-refundable.  If only the tickets can be used to take you to China, it will be ok.  By the way, China Emabssy in Sri Lanka doesn't issue visa to individual applicant of Sri Lanka citizen.  You should take a part in a China tour group with over 5 members first, and then apply for a group visa to China.
