About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

application for Chinese passport and HK identity card

I was born in Hong kong. I submitted my application for Chinese passport & HK Identity card on Jan 3, 2012 and I still don't receive any response - ref109219 i/n/o Una Cheung Tze Han. I need some advice
