About:China Visa

I want to go to Guangzhou for a day. Can I get a visa on arrival? I am an australian?

Can I get the china visa from Hong Kong or Macau? How long does it takes?
Can I apply visa by mail?

You can't get a visa on arrival. You can get China visa from Hong Kong or Macau, it takes 4 working days. Visa application by mail is not accepted by Commissioner's Office of China's Foreign Affairs Ministry in Hong Kong or Macau.
