About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Can I get the Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card from the Embassy, and what is the cost?

Please also let me know how can I proceed. i was born in Hong Kong, but have lost the old HKID card.

You can't get the Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card from Chinese embassy, please go to Hong Kong to get it from the Immigration Department of Hong Kong Government.
