The Local ID card mentioned in 1.11 on the Visa application form refers to the number of India Identity Card, you need to fill it out.

It is hard to get a multiple entry visa if you are going to China for the first time. If your spouse or child is a Chinese citizen residing in China or you have real estate in China, it is possible for you to get a multiple entry visa.
