Hello, both bullet trains and high-speed trains are available from Shanghai Hongqiao train station to Tengzhou. And it just takes around 3hrs by high-speed trains. From Shanghai Pudong airport to Hongqiao train station, you can take the subway line 2 directly. For the tickets, you can buy them at Hongqiao train station after arrival.
