I want to buy train tickets for T100 SOFT SLEEPER Hong Kong - Shanghai.I will be staying near MTR tsimshatsui station.Where I can buy them and what is the price? (how i will get there?)

From Tsim Sha Tsui, you could take a city-bus or taxi to the nearby Hung Hom train station to purchase the ticket. The fare is HKD1039/deluxe-sleeper, HKD825/soft-sleeper and HKD530/hard-sleeper. During some designated period, discounted tickets will be issued.
